Centrebet tends to offer main stream betting markets only including all the usual first/last scorer, scorecast type bets. They are not renowned for innovative special or novelty bets (unlike Paddy Power or BetFred).
Compared to most online bookies however the coverage you'll get from Centrebet on Scandinavian fooball and other 'off season' events is great and with top prices. Centrebet should also be a "must have" bookie for those who bet on the horses online.
