The newspaper Lietuvoas Rytas stated that German banker Henning Sohl has obtained a court decree in Germany for €24,000 allegedly owed by Ivanauskas. If he does not pay up, he could face 90 days’ imprisonment. Sohl has reportedly employed a Scottish law firm to arrest Ivanauskas’ wages. The Lithuanian denies the charge, calling it “a provocation”.
