Victor Chandler halts Tour betting | Betting on the Weather

UK Bookie Victor Chandler has stopped all betting on the Tour de France after news of a suspected doping scandal involving one of the leading teams, Astana, broke. The UK bookmaker said that betting would resume once it knew for sure who would be competing.
